Hade Dalsland varit en öken då hade jag varit hemma nu sculpture at Artist-in-residency at Källhultett6, 2023

Title: "If Dalsland had been a desert, I would have been home by now", a land-art sculpture created during artist-in-residency at Källhultett6 in Dalsland, Sweden.

"My bedroom at Källhult faces the back of the house. There is a well that springs out of the ground that supplies the house with water. Around the edge of the spring grow three birch trees that seem to have caved (set root) there, all three at the same time. Many birds move in this small grove. In 2019 I lived in Arizona and visited several oases. An oasis give rise to plants and animals building a place to live in the middle of the desert. The wonder of an oasis is hidden in the back yard of Källhult, with my sculpture I wanted to create and entrance to the well as a mystic and life giving place."
